Your questions, answered
How do I order from Nizami Farms?
Two ways: here on the website, or in the Nizami Farms app, free on iPhone and Android. Pick your cuts, choose how you want them cut and check out. A real person confirms your order on WhatsApp, and it's at your door the next day.
Can I choose how my meat is cut?
Yes. Most cuts come several ways, such as cubes, strips, mince or a whole fillet, and each way shows its own price per kg. You can also shop by dish, such as karahi, biryani, nihari or BBQ.
Is your meat fresh or frozen?
Fresh. Mutton, beef and chicken are cut after you order, never before, and delivered chilled. They're never frozen. Our Frozen range is separate: kababs, samosas and spring rolls, ready to fry.
Is your meat halal?
Yes. All our mutton, beef and chicken is halal.
How is my order packed?
Each cut is cleaned, trimmed and packed on a tray labelled with its weight, so you can check it on your own scale. It's chilled before it leaves and carried in our riders' ice boxes.
When will my order arrive?
The next day. Order any time; we confirm on WhatsApp and message you again when it leaves our cutting kitchen.
Do you deliver on Tuesdays and Wednesdays?
No deliveries on Tuesdays. On Wednesdays it's chicken only, because beef and mutton can't be sold on those two days by government rules.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Every sector of Islamabad and all of Rawalpindi, including DHA Phases I to V, Bahria Town Phases 1 to 8 and Bahria Enclave. See every area we deliver to.
Is there a delivery charge?
A flat fee per order, shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We message you on WhatsApp when your order is confirmed and again when it's on its way. In the app you can follow every step, and a live map opens when your rider is about an hour away.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, when your order reaches you, or by bank transfer. In the app you can switch between the two once on an open order.
Why can the final amount change?
Meat is weighed when it's cut, so the final weight can be a little over or under what you ordered. Your final weight and amount come on the WhatsApp invoice.
What if something isn't right?
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 305 5300905 and we'll replace it or refund you. No questions.
Is the Nizami Farms app free?
Yes. It's free on iPhone and Android, with the same cuts and prices as the website.
How do I sign in to the app?
Enter your phone number and your one-time code arrives as a WhatsApp message. There's no password to remember. Living abroad? Sign in with your email instead.
Can I order for my family from abroad?
Yes. Sign in with your email, no Pakistani number needed, pay by bank transfer and send it to their address in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. You can follow the order all the way to their door.
How do I reorder?
Open Orders and tap Reorder on any past order, and the same cuts go back in your cart. The cuts you order most also sit on your home screen, one tap away.

Call or WhatsApp +92 305 5300905. We're open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 8pm, and Wednesday, 12pm to 8pm. We're closed on Tuesdays. Our shop is at Rehman Arcade, Aabpara Market, G-6/1, Islamabad.
